Who this checklist is for

This template is for supervisors, safety leads, facilities teams, warehouse managers, transport managers and anyone who needs to record spill events or near misses.

When to use it

Use it after a spill, leak, near miss, response drill or internal review, especially where absorbents were used, products need replacing or site controls need improving.
