Can the mats absorb AdBlue?

AdBlue is a water-based urea solution rather than a hydrocarbon. The oil-selective SpillTrapper construction should not be assumed to absorb it. Use an absorbent confirmed as suitable for water-based liquids.

Can the mats be washed and reused?

No. The mats should not be washed to remove retained hydrocarbons. A mat may remain in position while it is undamaged and has safe absorbent capacity, but it must be replaced once contaminated, saturated or unsuitable for continued service.
